We send all products through courier tracked shipping and see 95% of orders delivered within 1-2 business days.

Please Note: We ship to the address you submit when completing your order. If the address is not correct or does not include an Eir code we cannot be held liable if your package does not arrive.
We’re sure you’re going to love our products, but if you’re not happy for any reason, or your order arrives damaged please simply return the item(s) within 30 days of ordering and we’ll exchange or refund it.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs when sending an order back to us.
Shipping an order back to us needs to be done via tracked courier - tracked & signed shipping. If you ship your order back to us without tracking & the order goes missing or gets damaged before we receive it, we cannot be held liable.
Once we have received & inspected your item(s) and they meet the conditions above, we will issue a refund to the payment method used to pay for the order. Please allow a minimum of 5 business days for the refund to process back into your account.
